MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression. MVR is an energy saving technology by reusing its steam energy, to reduce the need of external energy.
Its theory is compressing the steam produced by evaporator, increasing its pressure and temperature ,so does the enthalpy of steam. It conveys the steam into heating chamber of the evaporator to be used as heated steam, and keeping the liquid material in boiling condition, the steam would condense into water. In this way, it will take advantage of the secondary steam and reach the goal of energy saving.
